  1 pm In Port Race : The In-Port Race will take place west of the Chester River. The course will be determined by the wind direction. The start of the Race may be delayed depending on the wind conditions.

Restart safety information
South of Chesapeake Bay Bridge near Thomas Point. Boats will go north, round a buoy (just south of Bay Bridge), then race back south through the starting line again - which will now be a gate. Then its down the bay and on to New York. There will be a 5nm long spectator exclusion zone x 2/3 mile wide.
